Premier Bank hired sub-section of that Building, the building is owned Isaaq. The bank is Owned Isaaq and Hawiye,

Hargeisa was in a valley with hills all around but it has sprawled out onto the surrounding hills.

Just Google Hargeisa Airport as that is on the hill

It's 1100 m above sea level. Interesting! i also found more pictures of naasa hablood than i did of the airport on the hill.
