I do not buy this argument. There clearly is a universality to attractiveness it is the reason why we form consensuses on what is or is not considered attractive. It's not like a thick full head of hair is considered comparatively as attractive as a thinning and receding hair. There is a massive disproportion as a consequence of the biological truth that a thick full head of hair is objectively more attractive.
And you are right she is not representative of the average Asian population but that would make sense as we are comparing exceptions. And also she's not even fully Asian.
