I didn't say she's a kaffir but as a general thing, people who believe homosexuality are permissible, yes- they are kuffar. Same with people who think zina is permissible.

This is not something I've made up, this is based on what the scholars have said and is clearly backed by evidence. I could go into detail on all this but that would be for another time.

Someone dealing with homosexual impulses doesn't make them kaffir. But someone calling for the practice of homosexuality being a human right, this almost certainly makes them a kaffir.

also another point I want to mention is that it is wrong to think that Muslims should water down what Islam says in order to please people. that is absolutely wrong. Maybe because prior to me reverting back to islam I did act on my homosexuality & if i was k*lled i would never have been able to make tawbah to Allah. If shariah was applied in my case I would have died on kuffar.

as I've mentioned before... when I say homosexuality, I am referring to the actual act, not just impulses.

the impulses... if you're dealing with that sort of thing, that is some kind of disease. and yes we should help people get treatment.

but if two men practice the actual act, yes... this merits capital punishment. and this is honestly a very rational and humane way of dealing with them. it protects the whole society against this disease. tolerate them and next thing you know they're trying to convert kids and hang up gay flags in the masjid.

two women btw is not a capital punishment offense.

anyways, what I've described is not contradictory. if someone is dealing with a strong impulse to do some deviant, criminal stuff.... it makes perfect sense to try to get them some help. but if they actually act on the impulse.... well it makes sense that they'd be subject to whatever legal penalties there are.

Are they harming YOU in any way? I can understand some who force their lifestyle on others, but most just want to go on with their day and mind their business.

We Muslims follow the Quran and Sunnah, not the subjective “harm” principle. The former strictly prohibiting homosexuality. But even if we did go by your subjective standards, we can easily prove that LGBT harms society as whole just by pointing out their disproportionate rates of STDs/STIs, domestic violence, mental issues, etc.
