It's not that they don't trust their qualifications. It's because they want to protect their own professionals and keep those high paying jobs for themselves. They do this all over the west.

great development for the city but they need to introduce the cameras inside the city too and also remove the check points and build a police station there so they can carryout checks. These checks make no sense and often just stop young folk from having some xaram fun

What makes you think there won't be riots if government impose hefty tax on khat? I say go the extra mile and turn down every khat truck in the border with Itopia. They are robbing us of hard currency. in broad day light.
