Peshmerga are Iraqi Kurds who fight against ISIS. FSA also have only received air support from the Coalition agaisnt ISIS and recently from Turkey agaisnt the Kurds. No air support whatsoever agaisnt Assad. Discounting a number of recent strikes against Shia militias linked to Iran
