Exactly, you don't want to fund it, yet some people in this thread want jobs. It's like me going to PL and demanding 4.5 implemented in PL municipality jobs, after all PL is part of 4.5 Somalia.
We should share only the parliament on 4.5. FGS jobs are for those who fund it, and PL jobs should be for those who fund it. Simple as that. Until I see PL tax money no jobs should go to reer PL and vice versa.

That $283 million is from Xamar though. Puntland revenue is only around $9 million per month and it’s used internally within the state + Banadir’s revenue
Recurring expenses are at 450milion rest are project support(NGO, mafia money). If we cut down on this 4.5 vanity project, Xamar can fund itself and the surrounding regions.

That’s this years budget and includes protects (not just day to day running), last year Banadir made up more than 50% of the FGS budget and this would’ve been closer to 80% of day to day running. It kept the government from collapsing in 21/22 when we were sanctioned as Farmaajo tried to block elections.
189 million taxes.some that impact whole country im guessing like public employee tax. Majority is ports and customs which likely is all xamar
Remaining 93 million sales of goods and services. Things like visa,overflight and passport fees again probably come from whole country and not only xamar

FGS institutions and agencies should not be concentrated in Xamar, they should be split up across the nations FMS, provinces, districts, I think we have dealt with Unuka leh mentality for 30 years too long. If that is passed in law it would balance the power dynamic as more investment is spread across the nation, as well as income generators, jobs etc, right now Unuka leh are eating good and they have been for 30 years, and yet they have the nerve and the kibir to practice open nepotism.

Maybe it’s tough they don’t have administrative region breakdown for spend in this report. Biggest chunk payroll and use of goods and services. Alot of our economy probably just this money recirculating . Senegal which has similar population spends 4 billion. I say we keep hustle going
