i never wanted to leave Islam, I was devout for a long time.
but as time passed, the less religious i became.
then one day i realized I wasn't Muslim anymore

@darklight would you want to enlight me what specificsly made you leave islam was it a sussecvie transform or a major event ? , beacuse often when people make drastic life changed is due to extreme events in their lives , i hope You could answer if you consider ny questions to personal then i understand

it was a gradual process, nothing drastic.
nothing specific made me leave the religion either, more like a lot of different things in the religion(rules, morals, prophet Mohammed, hadith etc)
still the main reason is that i found myself (cheesy) and that person doesn't align with Islam.
