We've been in anarchy for the past 26 years with hundreds of thousands that died from famines, millions more that fled, jihadists swooping the country, the list is endless. No clan wants violence anymore, they want their children to go to school and to have a decent country. Fact of the matter is, Xamar is a cosmopolitan city that has existed for 2000 years. People from Yemen, Indonesia, Iraq, Oman, India, Turkey etc used to flock to it 700 years ago.
