As for your extremely wild claim about Allaybaday. Allaybaday is a border-town which lacked a road to Arabsiyo. So the Gabiley municipality funded to clear and pile a road from Arabsiyo to Allaybaday. The project was entirely funded by the Gabiley district municipality and the local Allaybaday communities - and not through any grants from the Muuse Biixi administration.
This is similar to the Ina-Guuxa road. The Garhajis community funded the project and hopefully it can become a bustling dry-port.
Just today, the Ministry of Road Development supervised the Burco - Laascanood road. And the Burco-Ceerigaabo road is near completion
