Did Somaliland set conditions, when they were uniting with the south?

As you guys know all the African countries accepted the colonial borders.
So i wanna know if they set conditions such as if they can pullout of the union, with their former British Somaliland territory, using the colonial border.
If they didn't set such conditions, then the arguments of we were different countries is pointless.

The South never ratified the North's Law of Union and ofc that Law and it's conditions were violated. We have to hope for a new reunification agreement that will satisfy both the North. InshaAllah soon
