You're actually an idiot. Because I've happened to witness this in Britain makes this solely a British thing? Have you spoken to Somalis in every country?
We all have a few bad apples in our community. It's an OBVIOUS fact that the rep of Somalis tends to be worse than the rep of other East/North African groups in the West. Statistics also back this up.
Denying problems within your community and labelling those who point out facts as "self haters" is counter-intuitive. Grow up and engage in dialogue without bringing your feelings into the equation.

yes it's a mostly british thing. why aren't somali americans witnessing these things? no doubt we have a bad reputation and aren't liked much, but it's also a fact that in the UK you guys do have lower self esteem. where else does a girl get married to a man who became muslim yesterday? we have issues that need to be dealt with but don't go tarnishing our rep by spreading out right lies-or just limit it to your community if that's what they're like. you tell me that's what you've witnessed-fine. I haven't witnessed such things and other minnesotans can back me up @Assata Shakur, @Sovereign-Reiko and anyone else who lives in minnesota

Somalis in the UK were just not rated at all. Every Somali growing up got roasted for just being Somali. Even maathows thought they were better than us.
Now UK Somalis are some of the most vocal wadanis and all highly educated,
whilst North American Somalis are all gangbanging crackhead video hoes.

Most likely a girl of 16-18 who has a horrible relationship with her mother and the oldest child with many younger siblings.
