Self-hate is not liking part of yourself. So if you are dark and not liking dark skin= self-hate

You're very contradicting. You said that Dark skin men should go for dark skin women? Isn't that already matching up people purely on their skin colour? There's a difference between having a preference and completely hating something. If I prefer chocolate Ice cream over vanilla Ice cream that doesn't mean I hate Vanilla Ice cream and will never eat it in my life. By saying that you wouldn't marry dark skinned men due to your logic is hate in itself. With the recessive gene point is also incorrect. In my family there's a wide range from light skin to dark skin, despite both of our parents being regular brown. Even if a Dark Skinned man didn't like dark skin women that doesn't mean they hate their OWN dark skin, maybe they love it on themselves but not on women.

Most Somalis have a reddish brown mariin skin colour naturally. Only a very small percentage have light skin .

The thing is that in Somali families and even siblings you will find a variety of skin colours. So these guys that look down on dark skin hate on their own sisters,aunts, grandmothers etc .

Hmm, tbh you may be on to something. Brown and dark skin Somalis have that regal look wallahi. Light skin Somalis are usually chubby faced. Hence why many models are of the darker hue in our community.
