If Somali government was competent, they'd be helping the Kenyan Somali elites get the highest offices in the country, including the presidents office. Kenya can be annexed by Somalia, with some effort and of course, unofficially.

what are you basing this on? You can argue Somalis in Somalia including those in government now have not been loyal to Somalia.

Somalis in Kenya haven't don anything to Somalia outside of empty words like adan ducaale saying we will fight somalia, and the sheekhaal lawyer saying we will fund kenya's icj case this morning. The guys who destroyed Somalia are Somalis from Somalia.

If we had a competent Somali government, Kenya could've been a vessel state for somalia long ago.
