That logic is flawed. So all the terrorist claims they are Muslim. Does that mean they are Muslim?
The kharijites call every Muslim who sins kaafir and believe blowing yourself up is okay. Salafis are against that.

To put it clearer, all salafis are sunnis but not all sunnis are salafi IN THE SENSE that they dont adhere to the what they now call the ‘salafi movement’. Muslims in general usually should follow the ways of the salaf
