Honestly I don't know what people are complaining about. We just got out of debt relief, we're not bringing in enough to suddenly start buying war ships and stealth bombers. In the meantime we put trust in a nation who's honestly done good for us. They've helped us train ground forces and now we have the opportunity to have them train naval forces.
We get less illegal fisherman in our waters, less dumping in our seas and shabaab shipments are now more likely to be cut off. It's pretty fair for the situation we're in.
