They won't get moved to Southend. Most Brixton ones were moved to West Norwood and Croydon and if Norwood and Croydon become gentrified then they will be moved further South or South West. Maybe places like Crawley, Horsham, Epsom, and the Kingston Upon Thames Borough. Only the ones in East will be moved further into Essex once Tower Hamlets and Newham become fully gentrified. For example, those in Brixton will be moved further South West, those in Peckham further South East to Kent.

Case synopsis:
Abdirahman Mohamed, 17, was stabbed to death in Peckham on 2 June 2017.
Police were called to the scene near a Tesco Express in Southampton Way at around 11.15pm.
Abdirahman, from Camberwell, was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem confirmed the cause of death was a stab wound to the chest.
Detectives said Abdirahman had visited the Express Chicken Shop on Southampton Road at around 11pm before crossing the road to sit on the bollards opposite Tesco Express.
He was eating his meal when he was approached by two men by bicycles and fatally stabbed.
Kevin Aka-Kadjo, 18 (30/3/99), of Kipling House, Elmington Estate, Southwark, and Sidique Kamara, 21, of John Ruskin Street, Camberwell, were both charged with murder in June 2017.
They went on trial at the Old Bailey on 1 December 2017. Both men were cleared of murder on 10 January 2018.
The prosecution claimed Mr Mohamed was attacked in revenge for 'disrespecting' Aka-Kadjo a few days earlier by mocking him for being arrested by police in possession of a samurai sword.
It was claimed the suspects were part of a gang that posted music videos 'bragging' about the use of knives.

The defendant was identified as the stabber by the victim’s best friend who was with him at the time of the murder. Kamara’s defence was that he was falsely and deliberately misidentified. The evidence included cell site evidence, gang affiliation and CCTV material as well as the identifying witness. Kamara gave evidence at trial. He gave a no comment interview on arrest. He was unanimously found not guilty by the jury with his co-defendant after a five week trial at the Central Criminal Court.
