As you said and I absolutely concur with you that Ayan has an above average I.Q than most Somalis, given that admission from you, then don’t you think that she could be a better judge about Islam than her half naked nomadic ancestor whom first accepted Islam because everyone else in his era and community accepted it? So Obama was materialistic and worldly. A choice that many make and I can understand. Trade God with material gain. Classic materialist creed.

As for the Somali ancestors who believed in God prior to Islam coming to them, they simply accepted a more upgraded and better version of their local beliefs. We can say Islamic beliefs made sense to them that way. They were seduced by the beauty and eloquence of the Quran that appealed to their reasoning and thus to their intellect. I guess When the Muslims read verses like these below on our nomadic ancestors:

Verily, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the ships which sail through the sea with benefits for people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every creature, and in His directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are signs for a people who use reason. They were smitten. Can't blame them for using their head.

You admit religion was established among the Somali ancestors(they had named God after roads, towns and localities - examples like the ancient name of jidwaaq which means the road of/to Allah etc). That meant they needed little convincing when Islam came. It also means they had higher IQ than their Ethiopian cousins who blindly followed three Gods in One. Somali ancestors refused when such beliefs were proposed to them. Why? cause it Made no sense to them. One God who is supreme and indivisible, unlike his creatures who never slumbers nor tires from perpetually maintaining the universe made big sense to them.

You think the Habashi christian kingdom never proselytized to Somalis? They did but failed.


Allah expects Muslims and human beings to use their intellect to come to faith saxib. Quran never asks people to have blind faith but to believe with knowledge or object on knowledge.

You can not expect people to have freewill and then demand blind faith. Freewill means choices need to be made. You make your bed, you sleep on it. Simple.

Funny. But AussieHustler is playa. He is okay in the female department. One fat halimo with kids as his facebook friend was reported and a lady on here by the name Knowles, who is smart but a litle airhead was crying over him. Supposedly, he was cheating on her.

You can literally swear he is doing better than many on here who can't show one pm from a woman sent to them anytime in their entire lifetime.

PS: I think the lack of friends on facebook is intentional as he is paranoid about his kinsmen anyway. The brother has skeletons to hide. I do sympathize with him.

And all said, I actually respect him as an honest Somali. At least he didn't abandon that nomadic streak.

That was one king who lived at the time of the prophet and who was a just king known for following the pure faith of Jesus. His agreement with Islamic monotheism caused upheaval in his kingdom and people accused him of leaving their religion. To avert total chaos and breakdown of the kingdom, he prepared boats for the Muslims whom he had given refuge before so they could safely leave Abyssinia if his plan failed.. Then he took out a parchment and wrote on it:

Saxib, this is the story. The king managed to avert the crisis and chaos. Everyone lived happy till his death. There is no mention of his subjects becoming Muslims like the King. The claim that the prophet prayed for the Ethiopians needs proof of evidence and authentic Hadiths. Somalis are not cursed by the prophet either. I do recognize you can't blame a guy for overlooking or ignoring a woman. There is a reason for it always.


If Knowles could show us what she looks like, it could solve some of the puzzle as to why he is ignoring her, or we would all pile on Aussie for being a fool abandoning a beauty.
