Why do many Muslim men act like Islam is only for Women?

24:47

And the hypocrites say, “We believe in Allah and the Messenger, and we obey.” Then a group of them turns away soon after that. These are not ˹true˺ believers.

24:48

And as soon as they are called to Allah and His Messenger so he may judge between them, a group of them turns away.

24:49
وَإِن يَكُن لَّهُمُ ٱلْحَقُّ يَأْتُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِ مُذْعِنِينَ ٤٩

But if the truth is in their favour, they come to him, fully submitting.

24:50

Is there a sickness in their hearts? Or are they in doubt? Or do they fear that Allah and His Messenger will be unjust to them? In fact, it is they who are the ˹true˺ wrongdoers.
1. Who said I believe in any of this.
2. How am i a hypocrite
3. The hadith posted abt the prophet SAW visiting hell and ungrateful women is pure sexist bullshit. How can you not see that?!

I don't get how this is a valid criticism.

Considering the fact that Islam itself upholds patriarchy.

I would say this is a case of extremely bad parenting and social norms that are against Islam.

Not here to contend the fact that these social are unfairly made to benefit the men in society, it's just how you portrayed the problem as a way of upholding the patriarchy, as if it was a bad thing.

Considering the fact that if the problem was indeed solved, and men were held accountable of their unislamic practices just as much as women are, it still wouldn't mean removing patriarchy's influence. In fact, it would increase it because the men would be more religiously aware.

So reducing the problem to 'upholding patriarchy' isn't going to help us properly understand the situation.

Unless you're a gaal that wants to strip men of their god given right to head their families and communities all together. Then in that case, your statement would make more sense.
Yes i am a gaal. Ur beliefs are wrong. Also who says that we should follow anything a man says. Lmao

Because you believe the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasalam was sexist, so you believe Allah is njust by sending woman to the hellfire for being ungrateful, therefore u fall into that category the verse talks about as you believe Allah is being sexist to women aka unjust

It is a valid criticism as unchecked patriarchy isn't what Islam is about. Yes, the man is the head of the households, but there is responsibility, accountability and rights that needs to be upheld.

Cultures with unchecked patriarchal values are misogynistic and unIslamic as women's rights or wellbeings are put to the backburner and male honor and male pride always takes centre stage at the expense of women and even Islam.

Women are subhuman who need to be tamed like animals only us men are top of the food chain. Women love to be dominate in the bed and pretty much everywhere else the only reason why xalimos run their mouths is due to us weak men not putting our foot down.
Bring back the true raagnimo lads.

There plenty of women living double lives in the Muslim community. The difference is they're better at hide it. The twitter poster wasn't
Why should we have to hide?

am i not allowed to have an opinion?

You didn't properly understand my post. I don't disagree with your post, but her post was not valid crticism because she was against upholding patriarchy itself, something that Allah himself upholded, and not just unchecked patriarchy that transgresses the limits set by Allah, because she doesn't even believe in Islam in the first place.

Yes i am a gaal. Ur beliefs are wrong. Also who says that we should follow anything a man says. Lmao
Not surprised, quite funny really.

How are they wrong? And what exactly makes your beliefs true?

Allah himself is the one who said that we should follow a man, namely the prophet Muxamad SAW.

Imagine putting The Prophet SAW and andrew tate in the same sentence.

Shaqolaan behaviour right there. Admiring a degenerate when you've got a whole swath of great Muslim figures to admire, and you don't need to go far back in history, you can find numerous admirable Muslim figures in the previous century alone.

You shoulnd't marry jews or christians, Umar ibn ulkhattab forbade his companions from doing it during his khalifah due to it only being needed in timmes of extremty like bringing peace between nations and tribes, because marrying a gaal causes a man various issues both dunya and deen
If that was in the sahabas time what about now?
No scholar will ever advise you to marry a gaal in fact they warn against it.
Plus the women has to be a practising women of the book she follows and little to none practice their book nowadays, Muslim men who want to marry gaals want an excuse to marry a non-Muslim women they are in Love with
In fact i don't know how a Muslim man could willingly marry a non-Muslim, how can u spend ur life with someone who doesn't even worship Allah alone or follow Islam, I would vomit
Also the brother is clearly not marrying practising women of the book, hes marrying atheist *oe becky from down the road which is completely haram
None of that matters, it is still allowed in the religion, your personal feelings are not really relevant.

Its not my personal feelings, its the sahabas ruling
Also As I said marrying a non-Muslim woman is prohibited,
only exception is a practising woman of the book, which the last time I checked the man in the original post did not marry, nor do most Muslim men marry
So shush

Wrong. And why would any self respecting man want to marry a christian or jewish woman. Haram. Why would allah say this?
Are you even Muslim lol, you even said you don't believe in the previous hadith I linked, Allah and Muhammad clearly did not forbid Muslim men marrying Jewish and Christian women, you and @Taij4an are just bringing your personal feelings and preferences into it which is besides the point.
