That score is based on functionally illiterate Beta Israeli peasants and was published decades ago. There's so much misinformation on the internet, careful when you make sweeping claims like that.

Yes, intelligence on the individual level is highly heritable (as an adult). I know that. But the IQ gap between groups has not been proven to be mostly genetic. Not yet anyway. I'm not saying anything either way, i will remain an agnostic on this subject until conclusive proof is found.
