Deni withdrew from the NCC because he felt it was against the interests of Puntland as a the federal state. He wanted more autonomy which HSM and any other president would not allow. He then withdrew from the entire constitutional conference and declared "independence" from Somalia.

Farmaajo is right. Currently this isn't a time that Somalis should be focused on Dastuur and issues of that nature. If HSM is sincere in his call for the defending of our land and seas from Ethiopia then he must put all of his time and effort into that.

But to divert from the defence of Somalis seas and land to dastuur and issues of that sort is unnaceptable. That can be left for a further date.

Ethiopian troops are entering Somalia daily. HSM can't do anything about this. The reality is Somalis are united agaisnt Ethiopia.
