They attack people?
They need to be sent to mingle with the dogs in Ethiopia, they just run around minding their own business and most households have 1+ dog.

Edit: By sent I mean the dogs, not people btw

Well the dogs in my neighboorhod started attacking people. Most people are not scared of dogs we chase them and throw rocks at them but this days they have been out of control. Ethiopia is a christian country which explains why people own dog

What's the Islamic teaching on dogs?

Discouraged. You can't own one unless it serves a purpose. You also have to wash yourself if it's wet parts touch you(tongue, nose etc..).
