I think it was an ok election and the election observers backed it up.Even if you don’t support somaliland independence they had a free and fair elections. Most of the discrepancies happened in tuulos which weren’t properly guarded :Furthermore cirro lost by a large margin so there was a clear winner.Domestic observers?

You have doubt because you were listening to drugged Somalis who lost. Don’t be biased just accept the winner.International observers have no stake in the election hence they wouldn’t be biased for kulmiye.
Non clan parties will beat clan parties as they are more inclusive. Furthermore even with clan parties they will simply start backing each other up until there is 2 parties.

There wasn’t enough time for it to be reduced to 2 parties or until a non clan based party to come into the scene. It takes quiet a few elections. Somaliland only had a few and in the 60s we only had 2 elections or 1.
When we had party based parliament in the 1960s, we all know who ended up dominating it.
