Should the North dissolve SL?

Should the North meet with the South on dissolving both RSL and FGS or creating a new entity SUPERIOR to both SL and FGS? So both FGS and RSL continue to exist for the south and north, respectively under a new union government?

We seem to have reached an impasse with our southern brethern. No functioning FGS is possible under 4.5 system and clan federslism that means full independence for clan states in the south. And, no SL/northern recignition is possible unless the the dysfunctional FGS approves it.

So I'm thinking about SL government and friendly patriotic Southerners "negotiate" and create new JamhuriyaddaSoomaaliyeed with capital "temporarily" or permanently chosen till Muqdisho joins the new government VOLUNTARILY. basicly the "union" government will function in areas of the South and North the FGS is NOT trying/able to control but no violent clashes with FGS. Then eventually the "new union" absorbs the FGS after showing the UN that it is more functional than FGS.

It would have been much easier to do this in the 90s. This what I'm thinking about and there are lots of variables like avoiding too much violent conflict with FGS

We shouldn't force them to join if they don't want to. Let the pro-unity regions unite first and function properly. SL will be the sole outsider.

No bad blood between Isaaq and HG or Abgaal or MJ. Alot of bad blood between VICTORIOUS Isaaq and DEFEATED proAfweyne Dhulbahant so should Isaaq so how does bad blood from Afweyne regime justify northern independence
