No one is really destroying anything, there are many complex issues in the south that needs to be fixed. Clans need proper reconciliation and get their land and farms back so they stop joining AS, there are towns that have been under terrorist rule for a long time it will take time to deradicalize them. These are issues that should be focused not which company Puntland is signing agreements with that's "against Somalia's sovereignty".
