First, Someone told me who is the new Somali president of Somalia this morning. That is how far removed I am from Somali politics.

My reaction: Same as my first reaction to Farmaajo's Election five years ago -> May Allah give Somalis back home peace and prosperity under their new leadership.


Somalia has been getting better over the years despite the political corruption. Hope the trajectory continues towards normalcy and strength.

When did I diss ONLF? They're my heroes. I have no anyone who celebrates HshM's win and I wish well. He is as much president as mine.
