You clearly don't understand the political stance of the people in this region. The turnout of the this "election" highlighted that the people don't support this seccessinst government. You talk about observers, but they were only in the western part of the region and were not in SSC. The results then confirmed what everyone expected.
I understand perfectly. You just want to spin a narrative to excuse the fact that the reality on the ground doesn't equate to the tribal narrative your people have been telling themselves for too long.
The fact that some folks chose not to vote does not mean that the election was rigged.
In the US it is a well known fact that if a high percentage of the population votes the Democrats win essentially every time. However, that doesn't always happen because Democrats rarely turnout at the same rate as Republicans do.
You have to make your mind on which excuse you want to run with. Either the Dhulbahante didn't turn up because they don't support Somaliland, or the Isaaq rigged the election and stopped the Dhulbahante from turning up. Both can't be true at the same.
If you can show one iota of election rigging, I'll believe it happened. You can't because it never happened.
