Not really, there can be an exit poll, a projected winner based on probability statistics and variable change. It can only be tricky if it's very tight and close. Besides only a small amount of counties will start counting the votes after they received all ballots. In Pennsylvania only 6 out the 67 counties will start counting tomorrow
