She has an option and her country of descent is ready to grant her full citizenship. Her saying she is stateless is like someone with food in front of them saying they're starving. No excuse And remember the whole reason why she wants to come is for her child's safety and health, Bangladesh is a peaceful country with decent medical care.

She is eligible to apply for Bangladeshi citizenship due to her heritage but that doesn’t change the fact that she’s stateless. They can reject her application, and probably would. Then what? It doesn’t change the fact that the UK would have broken dozens of UN treaties and laws.

Australia passed similar laws, regardless if you were born here or not, once you are convicted of terrorism and jailed more than (can’t remember how long) x amount of years, then you will automatically lose your citizenship and be deported to your parents country of origin. Some ISIS terrorists in Kurdish and Turkish jails have their citizenships already revoked and they were born here. But here is the catch. If your parents country refuses to accept you as a citizen, then, by international law, you couldn’t be rendered stateless and your birth country must honour your citizenship. Now, if Bangladesh (with British sticks & carrots) accepts her, she has zero chance that her appeal against the citizenship revocation to be reversed by a court.
