Ethiopia has just signed a peace deal with Eritrea. They now have 100,000 soldiers who were on the border with Eritrea that they are redeploying. Media reports say troop movements have already started.

The question is what is TPLF planning. Where are these soldiers going? Why are they moving them from the Eritrean border? Why is Ethiopia setting up a navy unless they mean to fight a naval country...

Actually you are right. We have no beef with Ethiopia unless they provoke us. Only Somalia. It is Somalia that claims Somaliland and not Ethiopia. It is Somalia who sabotage us at every turn. It is Somalia who try to stop our investments, aid and elections. Somalia is our eternal and mortal enemy as Somaliland.

It was Ethiopia that took in the hundreds of thousands of Somaliland civilians when they fled from Afweyne's troops in 1988 Hargeisa, Burco, Berbera. It was Ethiopia that helped SNM. We owe them a debt that we cannot repay. Somaliland is an eternal ally of Ethiopia.

Always remember this,Somalia is a far worse enemy than anything else for Somaliland in the Horn of Africa.Actually they are a cancer for every neighbouring country.

The goverment still doesn't control Mugadishu let alone the rest of the surrounding cities.Then there is the massive looting of goverment budget and the complete neglect of security and safety of their citizens.

All kinds of foreign actors and troops are in Somalia doing god knows what.Somalia died a long time ago.Today its just a rotting corpse that only continues to rot further and the reason why it hasn't complete disappeared yet is because AMISOM has been keeping some peace and stability in the last 11 years.

Do you even know what that status entails? It means we can't access international facilities nor do any legal business with any country because our status doesn't secure the investments.Even when a country tries to do business with us the Mugadishu goverent can just throw a tantrum on the media and attract international coverage which no business or country wants to deal with.Luckly this time around the UAE showed Somalia the middle finger and gave us our first major investment in 27 years.Watch us in the upcoming decades.We are already leaving you filthy animals far behind us in many sectors.

We have already accomplished so many great things in the last 27 years on our own.We secured the safety of our citizens,we created a democratic voting system,a good constitution and a stable currency.Our tax system is so proficient that it funds our entire goverment and military without relying on external budget support unlike Somalia who recieves general budget support from developed nations which increases its external debt.Somaliland has no external debt at all while Somalia has a huge external debt.Good luck paying that off with your crippled economy and lack of industrialisation.
