So what if he spoke English? That's only a bragging point for the people of England (not to mention: many other diplomats/politicians are good with multiple languages as well...it's nothing special).

At the end of the day, Said Barre was a power hungry, callous, piece of crap who brutally terrorized his so called people for no reason...lol, can't believe this guy has the nerve to then turn around and label SNM as "terrorists" here.
