@Pwyneth Galtrow PL should begin a driver license system and put up speed signs, anyone who is caught speeding should get fined. The license system waa in 'curriculum' loo sameeya sida education system loo sameeye. We want one standard for all driving in Puntland.

We then can issue them licenses once they pass their tests. We also need to put up speed signs and anyone caught speeding should be fined immediately by the road authority. Any interstate travellors from GM/HS/SL/DDS must have their own states licenses, if using our road or they get sent back.

They should also mark the roads clearly and stop people from overtaking randomly even those bajaaj cars. Or they need to make a separate smaller lane for bajaaj and other taxi cars.

I am starting to get concerned that Puntland is worried most about buildings for civil servants. They could build several high-rises in one location and be done with it.

As @FBIsomalia said, I want to see more modern school buildings, smh
