These small things anger the Arab, the company is Egyptian and you posted from hisTwitter account and sign clearly says the name of dam and name of charity foundation (khalifa).
Last year same thing happened when Kuwait paid for airport and on opening day the SL officials didn't mention role of Kuwait which angered them and they refused to finance burco airport. No shame if Arab help us.

Khalifa foundation is funding the project but the dam is being built by Somali engineers. The Egyptian guy is a consultant.

All of that area will be submerged under water 9 meter's deep, it would create a lake in Xumbaweyne.
