Media is politically correct and won't report on this, but the receptors that Covid-19 works on are very different between Africans and Arabs compared to East Asians. It is much more likely to infect East Asians.

So far not a single non-Asian has died from it.

The biological difference between humans is so small that cant possibly the case. Infact the corona virus infected Germans.
