HSM purposely isolating Deni , puntland has been consistent about federalism and keeping states strong so was HSM and madobe which is why farmajo done. Less than 1 year HSM wants Deni to sign over ports and courts and holds up 17 projects. Deni didn’t change HSM did he drunk on power
