Prince of Lasanod

Eid trim pending
buhoodle has managed to control the city and rule it since the civil war in 91 till today they are really opposed to somaliland but are often friendly to puntland but not to the extent of letting other puntland cidaan in there city i remember when cabdullahi yusuf was creating the puntland army forces he wanted buhoodle to hand the weapons and be mixed with the other harti and leekase cidaan they refused to bring there weapons and got ready to defend it if they try to disarm them also in 2011 they were able to repel attacks from somaliand cidaan there a role model for reer sool if only they could move like reer buhoodle but i don't think the farmaajo government can afford to pay 600 soldiers at the moment
Alhamdulilah that they didn't hand them over their weapons, the only reason why Laascaanood is under Somaliland is because of him, he took the Dhulbahante troops controlling the city to Xamar and let corrupt militias take over who invited idoors for a handsome pay. He was the one that burned down most of the military base in Sool.

Interesting but the Somaliland army outnumbers any other pro-union force and with the likely support of Ehtiopia and even UAE, this is not a war Somalia can win militarily in any foreseeable future. Diplomacy and international law is our most effective tools for now.

My issue however is that with the Somaliland territory as it stands now Somalia stands to lose some of its most strategic areas such as access to the red sea and lucrative trade route. :bell:

The Somaliland army is a glorified clan militia, like all other forces in Somalia. It consists of Toyota Hilux pickups and the machine guns bolted on their beds. Each truck carrying about 13 fighters and 1 driver. In Somalia military power is determined by how many of these you have. Somaliland has no advantage in this other than buying more Toyota pickups and 50 cal machine guns. There is no airforce, little to no artillery, and very limited armor. War between Somalis is very equal in terms of what equipment is available.

The militia of Las Anod turned against Puntland due to the incompetence of the people Puntland put in charge. The military leader in Sool, Xaabsade, then switched sides and joined Somaliland. The clan divisions in Las Anod are also responsible.

Troops in Buhoodle are already heavily armed (lots of weapons left behind by the SNA in the past). Only difference is they will get more
paid now for patrolling the area and their nationalist duties will be recognized.

It has to be fake news. The federal government hasnt paid soldiers in muqdisho what makes you think they will pay soldiers in buuhoodle? If this turns out to be true, Farmaajo's very desperate and he's seeking revenge for his uncle siaad barre.

It is not ASAP but a gradual long-term plan to consolidate the hearts and minds of reer khaatumo. If they see the national government
rewarding reer Buhoodle for their services to the nation, then all other khaatumo communities will also defend their areas and pick
up the guns while enlisting in the SNA.

Pick up guns? Kkkkkk wallah if somaliland wasn't running after ictiraaf our mighty army would conquer saylac to ras-kamboni.

That is nothing new. Why do you think Galaydh was told to leave Buhoodle? he was trying to invite Sland there.

Yes. Also the day he landed in lascaanood he brought Somaliland troops. He also wants to bring the sland army to gobolka cayn. sland militias are also abusing dhulbahantes recently we should get rid of them.

Also I don't think farmaajo could support 600 troops..

This is only viable if the future defense minister is Dhulbahante. Paying and arming 600 soldiers isn't much. An annual budget of 1 million will cover a lucrative 200 dollar monthly salary.

good news. provides the much needed pretext we need to remove the darood vermin from our country. i for one welcome this

since 1991 when somaliland was liberated the dhulbahante were on our hit list and would of been massacred as revenge for what they did to inocent isaaq civilians in sool, sanaag, hargeisa and gabiley under the instructions of siyad barre, they and the ogaden were part of barre's extermination plan for the isaaq clan

if it wasn't for our HJ brothers that convinced the rest of isaaq to forgive this little clan. they would of been expelled from somaliland, HY style like the laangaab warsanageli were, which we no longer hear about

the qurjile extermination is needed

@Lixle Let east Burco people fight them. We will not waste a single soldier in those useless wars attacking other Somalis lands though,
we already took part of enough wars in Sanaag and Sool - 1989-1993. Time to move on from the past. Why should I attack reer Buhoodle when we don't even border each other.

I would rather my people focus on developing their lands in Sool and Sanaag.

So tribalist Farmajo already trying to antagonise Isaaq. Surprise, surprise.

Oh and FYI, Sanaag and Sool are as much HY/HJ as Harti. I'm not ceding my ancestral home to tribalist scum. If you want those regions, come get them. I see the karbaash from SNM has been forgotten.:kodaksmiley:

Classic.

Accusing Farmaajo for tribalism for a non-exicent policy while making nothing but tribalist arguments
