The don't have any courts in Xamar or anywhere on the outskirts. They don't go round abducting people either like they used to under Farmaajo

That was in Farmaajo's period and before that, it does not happen anymore. AS have no control in Xamar since 2022. It was truly scary that they had a base in Xamar that they would call you to if you were involved in a land dispute or wanted money and Farmaajo's government did nothing about it.

Not at all. Police, Military Police and NISA run the city. These clan complaining are part of security. No singular clan can oppose the government besides maybe deep in Medina, Kaaraan, Yaaqshid & Dayniile and thats only for a few hours. This is just noise.
