I also think we should have a law where nobody can run for President unless they have a proven track record of internal EFFICIENT rule. For example; a good mayor, governor or federal President. True we need presidency to be given to those with a track record at smaller positions such as mayor, Govenor, minister and short list only those who can prove their leadership led to good outcomes in their previous role.

They all want to rush to the top job but with none of the experience and then you get dysfunctional leadership over and over for decades who can't simply deliver its public service guided by the rule of law and security and build up the legal and regulatory environment, physical and social infrastructure and bring in investors to develop the products, goods, services and subsequent jobs. It's not an overcomplicating job if the right talent is present.
