What kinda supplements?

Creatine, animal stac and protein pretty much.

I stop using Creatine due too much water weight although I did look bigger but it was all water

All they gotta to do is eat more and use a weight gainer while working out.If they stay consistent for 6 months I gurantee they won't be sticks anymore.


Being cut af is an actual challenge but not being skinny is quite easy to acheive.

I was on intermittent fasting after Ramadan I lost a ton of weight (30lbs) but it tops off, after that I couldn't lose anymore from just not eating as much.

I think it's mostly a bad Somali diet. Parents that grew up malnourished and high physical activity.

When I was a kid I could never gain weight I was like 6'2" and 120lbs a stick. As soon as I stopped playing sports and moved out for uni I gradually climbed up to 175.
