I mostly view it as the media trying to change the narrative on the perception people have on homosexuals.

I was indeed bothered when they turned iceman gay. I think at that point they just chose a random person and made them homosexual for no reason.

It would have been better if they picked a character and mentioned they’ve grew up closeted and came out as homosexual. Which I’m pretty sure they did

I personally dont think these thing should be encouraged at all. You know impressionable young kids are watching this these shows. I might sound paranoid but if you watch tv shows made after 2010, you would notice the unproportionate amount of lgbt characters. So there definitely is some sort of agenda going on.

This poll is a classification of who is a proper and “pure-Muslim” & who isn’t. “Fake Muslims” like the Koranist, Sufis and other Muslims who respect the sexuality of others like Gays & lesbians without insulting and demeaning them Vs the ahlu Koran wal Hadiths. In a nutshell, it is the same issues Muslims around the world are killing one another for. Anigaa Muslim ah iyo adigaa suufi ahlu qabri ku dikriye ah, maya adigaa khawaariij ah. The beat goes on.

It has nothing got to do with us. We attempted to reason with them and tolerate one another. That is all.

I understand commiting serious crimes like murder or kidnapping. And terrorism.

But killing someone just because they are homosexual. That’s just wild to me personally.

Your speaking to a person that hasn’t had any negative experience with anyone from the lgbt community. I have had gay teachers, co workers, and classmates. They were all chill people.

I seriously can’t see myself ever hating homosexuals.

Sxb, how will Islam describe what we did to Somalia and continue to do so that millions of Somalis including women, children and the elderly have still to suffer? Why a society which is 99% Muslims that vows to follow the Sunnah and Koran cause such massive suffering to one another? Are killing homosexuals in their own countries or in Somalia more important than putting an end to the tragedy back home?

A non-Somali Muslim guy once told me, mashallah, you Somali guys act like pious Muslims and kill one another for clan reasons like you never heard about Islam. Very contrarian people. He summed us up. Let the killings continue. Homosexuals today. Feminists next.
