I do agree Africa is a very diverse continent. People throughout the world tend to look at it as a monolith, which in many ways is exclusive. There is not one True Authentic African. People like
@bilan M and
@goldink They are just people who are influenced by the west and tend to look at things through a Eurocentric reality, hence why they are so fond of color based identities. which i regard to be very illogical to be honest.
I can't really blame them when the mainstream academics & media today push this flawed paradigm of Black and White.. You will see terms like ''Black Africa'' thrown around but never ''White Europe'' Or ''Brown & Yellow Asia'' Even a term like ''Sub-Saharan Africa'' which has no historical or linguistical,poltical, economic merit to it.
So i can kinda understand this weird identity crisis many of these Pro Adoon somalis tend to develope due to this especially for those who live in the west. But ultimately this term ''Black'' is mainly pushed by the ''Self Loathing'' diaspora who rather want to be just an empty abstract color than to reconnect with their homeland, that is the depth of their self hatred
