I can't say exactly which ethnicity is the most hated, as there are 650 ethnic groups in the world, but I do know that in the west blacks (including somalis) are targeted due to prejudice from asians, whites, and even other blacks at times.

In europe without a doubt it is roma gypsies that are the most hated. I will be honest with you, I have not met a decent roma gypsy in my life and most people who live in Europe would probably say the same. Funny thing is, europeans are generally very liberal and love to engage in virtue signalling when it comes to judging any group of people, but if you bring up roma they become incredibly racist.
