What does Islam say about women?? My debate as a Muslim women

all of these things depends on whether you believe morality of outside or Islam or Allah. you are looking Islam from the point view of liberalism.

It's inevitable that they use western morals on Islam they were raised here. There is no avoiding feminist propaganda if you live in the west it's never-ending. So eventually they are going to question the Quran. It's why I say Islam will not survive in the west.

Only kuffar and liberals who try to distort our beautiful religion make this controversial

But I didn't say anything false or anything I made up, you can clearly see I don't speak without using an ayah or hadith.

You could state your disagreement, but instead you call me names for what? literally writing down hadith that I thinks is unfair on women??

And to add to actions of the prophet I said that i question clearly I didn't make anything up, but I think we're suppose to follow the prophet as ummah and leave things the way they are at the end of the day.

Maybe that's where you think I went wrong

The acts of the prophet that I question are….
and how they’re justified

•The prophet tortured a man and killed him for his treasure then married his wife?? His name was kenana ibn al-rabi if your wondering

View attachment 187532

Well he was a non beleiver so you can kill non believers you can also take their wives into sex slavery or marry them or do whatever you like to them.

Ummmm okay

•The prophet proposed marriage on an infant??
View attachment 187533
The few people that know about this choose to just ignore it including me and 80% of people don’t know this

•The prophet married his adopted sons wife??

Zayd was inslaved when he was a boy and he was given to the prophet.
The little boy became very attached to the prophet, and when his family came to the prophet to buy him out of slavery the prophet decided to adopt him instead of inslaving and announced him his son. Fast forward from prounincing him as his son to marrying his wife zaynab bint Jahsh.

•The prophet (peace be upon him) himself justified this by saying Zayd was clearly not his bioligical son.

So if I, as a man can get with my adopted sons wife does that mean I’m also allowed to sleep with my adopted daughter??
Just a question..

•The prophet married a 6 year old child and got with her at 9

Well people use to mature much faster in those time ….
NO sir the average age for Puberty for a middle eastern girl was 12 and till today nothing changed

Well child marriage was acceptable at those times…
Jesus lived way before the prophet muhammed and he never married children sold slaves nor had sex slaves.

Well she wanted to……
You mean her father wanted to even though he was hesitant himself at first too and i know all a 6 year old knows is how to play with toys not sex and marriage

Her age was actually 18 19 or 27 when the prophet married her not 9
Really now??.... 19 and 27 uno
The prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old (Sahih al Bukhari ) and sahih al bukhari is the biggest madhab that majority of muslims follow don’t argue with me argue with the biggest madhab

And there’s more which I’m not gonna add anymore

Lastly do any of you know the reason behind the prophets death?? *Everyone* “Old age and sickness”…. Oh poor baby

The prophet (peace be upon him) wiped out a womans whole family and then camptured her along with other women and children as slaves.

That same woman cooked poison food for the prophet and the sahaba that were with him that day, and his sahaba died on the spot, but the prophet didn’t because he spat out some of the food all though most of the damage was already done.

He called her to be brought over and questioned her and she said to him “you did what you did to my people, you killed my father uncles and brothers you killed my whole family and if your a real prophet this poison won’t affect you”.

The woman which her name is Zaynab bint al-harith was handed over to one of the men’s that died’s family and from there They exacted their right of blood-vengeance and killed her.

The prophet peace be upon him however died because of the poison.
What's the problem:manny:

What's the problem:manny:

What is the problem??

because i don't see were I'm lying accusing or making things up

I'm going to book online sessions with an imam and actually see his point of few because I really need it I'm someone that just cant forget things and i think too much

You came here to sow the seeds of contention between your personal ideals and your understanding, more like lack thereof, to create a "debate" platform, where you think your side is the correct, of which you need to defend, already signaling a position. If you really want to understand, be given genuine insight into Islam and its views, particularly the interpretation of what you posted, you'd seek a learned person, not some forum debasing this to nonsense.

Not one person in somalispot is a scholar, you must seek a better

It takes years of studying, learning a language, historical context and whole other subjects before you can describe what an ayah means Islamically. Search those things you said on youtube if you must.

I did
and apparently i never understood much of the sayings in quran because i use to study it in arabic obviously duh,
but when i started listening to it in the language i understand thats when all lot of things didn't set right with me

Women, children and slaves are minorities in islam at the end of the day we all know it, so we should just accept it for how it is

These arguments have been debunked a billion times, what you brought in this thread is basic.

1) The story that the Prophet ﷺ tortured someone for money is a fabricated report

2) The Prophet ﷺ killed his enemies in battle and enslaved them, we have no issue with that. Self defence is a basic human principle.

3) As for the Prophet’s ﷺ marriage to Aisha رضي الله عنها, we have no issue with that. This argument has been debunked many times so at this point your flogging a dead horse.

@shortynextdoor only learned scholars are allowed to make interpretations of Quranic verses and hadith because they have a deep understanding of the context and subtleties of language (that you won’t find in an English translation). A lot of your interpretations ITT are completely wrong. Also no offense, but I’ve seen your posts in other threads and you often struggle to understand other people’s points. If you struggle to grasp basic stuff like that then how can you expect to understand the nuances of the Quran and hadith?

She doesn’t know shit, she copied and pasted everything from Anti Islamic websites as if Muslims don’t know about these claims and haven’t refuted them.

Its basic....... well at least you agree that all i said was truth

1) The story that the Prophet ﷺ tortured someone for money is a fabricated report

Surely not after one of the wives of the prophet was the deceased mans wife (Safiyya bint Huyayy

2) The Prophet ﷺ killed his enemies in battle and enslaved them, we have no issue with that. Self defence is a basic human principle.

I 'm not talking about grown men being inslaved im talking about women and children i'm talking about the minorities here and women being sex slaves for the sahaba
I'm putting myself in their shoes over here knowing that if my family and my people die in the war I have to make a run for it and if I don't I would be a sex slave passed around.

3) As for the Prophet’s ﷺ marriage to Aisha رضي الله عنها, we have no issue with that. This argument has been debunked many times so at this point your flogging a dead horse.

We have no debate over it and you shouldn't too is what you should say even though the prophet also wanted to marry an infant no debate over that too?
because after all in islam a man has the right to marry, have sex with and divorce children all before they reached puberty.

So to summarize it up you clearly didn't bring 1 thing that went against what I said and you told me no one should debate over these things

so we're supposed to leave our understanding of our religion to a hand full of scholars whom we don't know if we can trust or not? These scholars can have agendas that they're trying to push

I’ll be a bit of a nuisance in a different way and answer the questions with a question. Do you expect answers that will clear doubts and unease or as you said to see the views of Somalis on here?

As you can see most threads on here turn into a showdown of echo chambers, with the loudest one winning. My advice is to look into explanations of the verses and hadiths you posted.

And for the rest of you calling a Muslim a kafir, here’s a hadith of the Prophet (sallallahu calayhi wa sallam),

“Any person who calls his brother, ‘Ya Kafir (Oh Unbeliever), has in fact done an act through which this unbelief would return to one of them. If it were so as he asserted, then the kufr of the man was confirmed, but if it was untrue, it returns to him (the one who labeled it on his Muslim brother).”

Actually I was reading everything i said here for years, but just never understood the meaning because of the language and by translating is when i understood

If I took things from anti islam websites why do I have an ayah or hadith backing everything I said??

you just said it in another reply before this just stop debating we knowwww

@shortynextdoor

1) The prophet ﷺ didn’t propose to marry an infant, that’s a fabricated source. Also Islam doesn’t allow sex with immature girls:

Ibn Battal writes:

“The scholars agreed that it is permissible for fathers to marry off their young daughters even if they are in the cradle, except it is not permissible for their husbands to consummate the marriage with them until they are prepared to safely have intercourse.”

Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari 7/172

That scholars allowed contracting a marriage to child did not mean they allowed sex with children. Physical maturity and safety were the prerequisites for lawful intercourse.

Imam Nawawi writes:

“Know that Al-Shafi’i and his companions encouraged a father or grandfather not to marry off a virgin girl until she reaches maturity and he obtains her consent, that she may not be trapped with a husband she dislikes.”

Sharh al-Nawawi ‘ala Sahih Muslim 1422

2) Surah 65:4 doesn’t refer to girls as ho haven’t reached puberty, it refers to young women who haven’t started their periods yet, menstruation isn’t the only sign of puberty in Islam or biological standards.

3) As for enslaving people in combatant Jihad, we Muslims have no issue with that.

I looked into everything I said look into it yourself as well

I should just accept how things are and the way I'm a minority in my religion and just go:yloezpe:
