I don't think anyone keeps track of all the anime they've watched. I can't remember everything I've watched either.
What's best extension for tachiyomi there's so many of them

Manhwa is like 200 episodes(if they were to adapt it) ahead
It is really easy to read to manga as it is colored and not too many details in the panels.
The art improves after 50 chapters or so but it is still readable.
