First of all when you guys have a working parliamentary or functioning state come talk about Somaliland politics you could one or two from us as you guys usually like to copy stuff from us

@Gantaal97 PL has a standing registered army, central command structure, they are registered with biometric/id cards and payments are all electronic to their accounts. plus our rank n file soldier in Darawish is paid $250 a month, plus free healthcare, plus food allowance.
What used to happen before was clan militias were getting paid on top of the genuine darawish, plus the payments were not electronic and was given to the army leadership in 'sacks'who would swindle the money for themselves leading to a mutiny constantly.
This huge reform in security by Deni u wud think u wud put aside your 'hatred' and congratulate puntland but as always your hatred has blind-sided you.
Plus you fail to realize we are not tiny clan like Isaaq with limited govt weapons. Just my clan bah dubays has 20 technicos sitting at bocame right due to the rural conflict with hassaan ugaas.
We have clan militias who protect our nomads, wells, properties in off the grid areas where there is limited govt presence just similar to America civilian militia. PL has a legal army and clan militias combined, similar to America with their army n civilian militia groups.
Puntland is armed to the teeth, beware. This structure is far better for us. Once our darawish active armed forces are depleted, they can pull on a pool of in-active clan militias to resupply them.

@Gantaal97 Don't make me embarass you with how much weapons PL have either. Mudug has all the USC captured tanks, till this day HG has no tanks besides 'saleban' which was donated by abdillahi yusuf to them when he was marching into hamar to create a buffer on ICU.

@Gantaal97 PL army would be to large if they disarmed every clan militia and unaffordable. We only need a 10-000 active darawish forces, 1000 PSF specialist wing, 1500 PMPF specialist wing. Our clan militia are not 'active status and not on the payroll of the govt' these men can be called up to re-supply the army in the event of a war.
The problem with centralizing the 'army' is if u lose that, your ppl are conquered, where-as in PL they can put up a rebellion even if the darawish are defeated thru it's clan militias. Look how tigray is conquering amhara, why? the ppl are disarmed and rely on amhara region forces, thats what will happen to SL also but not PL

Not sure what’s more sad people happy that Somalis are fighting or the fact that people honestly think one shit hole enclave is better than the other.
When you talk to westerners do you think they know the difference between one shit region and another shit region in a failed state. Somalia is like a test that you failed. Even if you did good on one part you still failed the test. That’s why it’s a shame for any group in this failed state to feel entitled, that goes for all the lands. Lastly those niggas fighting are embarrassing.

This is one of the most interesting political games in Somaliland. To sum it up for those Somalians who are confused.
1 . Our political parties have 10 years lifespan,
2. The president wants to allow the people to have new political associations by the end of next year .
3. Current political parties are not happy. Because they wants to take over power before the opening of new parties
4. The people are of kind of of 50/50 regardless of their community. We all want to see new faces but timing is not agreed yet. The court of the Somaliland law will decide what's best for the country.

All Somalis practice the same xeer do you think your shit don't stink? From Puntland civil war in 2001 to Galgala insurgency at present you got your own problems too. It's just funny watching Puntlanders act like they're immune to clan conflict.
Political associations won't be opened now as the constitution and the laws are clear new political parties would be registered after presidential elections and Ina Bixi is trying to extended his term with that move and he won't get it.
