To be honest complete freedom of speech doesn’t exist... there are limitation to it in every country.
Yes, every country has different laws on "freedom of speech". Point is at the end of the day, if you want no one to speak negatively of Islam, no one to mock Muhammad then you should move to a Muslim country that criminalizes blasphemy. Don't come to the West and try to force them to follow your culture & religion.

First, there are plenty of countries in the west which condemn blasphemy so it's not only reserved to non-western countries ....
Religion isn't about special race or country there are plenty of true french people which are Muslims so what they should do..... go away to....
Finally, France which is openly a zionist country has this double standard only reserved for Muslims. if this teacher was talking about jews, he would have been banned for antisemitism.
They will probably blame it in turkey, Mali, or lebanon. They've had some interest in those counteries.
