I wouldn't say Rich country in Africa. The country is sanctioned so I don't think you can compete with power house like Egypt , Nigeria , Angola and South Africa.

Sanctions were already eased this year, and they'll most likely be lifted this July since Trump always listens to Saudis and Saudis really want sanctions lifted on Sudan.
