It is already worse than a playground with complete Western domination. Other countries have relationships, why are we forbidden. I thought you were laandheere, are you only tough against poor Somalis.
Ignore this dude his uncle Madoobe is completely reliant on Kenya/UAE axis which is subsidized by the Xalane vampires. Hell support them to hell.

Dictatorship will not occur in Somalia, it cannot and will not occur.

1969 was a different case, the politician AUN was assassinated due to Internal Tribal issue, it wasn't commissioned by nobody. The assassination paved way for the wave of military coup to take over. Today and 1969 are not the same, nowhere near being the same. Today, its a case of political decision. If NN was 1 tribe, fine. But it ain't.

His name was Abdirashid Cali Sharmarke not "The Polician" and he was the President of Somalia. Put respect on his name and legacy.

And no, it wasn't a "internal tribal issue" but Siad Barre will answer for his crimes in the hereafter.

Anyone with any sense can see that it was a politically motivated murder that led to the coup d'etat and the brutal 21 year dictatorship.

Sharmarke’s assassination was quickly followed by a military coup d’état on October 21, 1969 (the day after his funeral), in which the Somali Army seized power without encountering armed opposition β€” essentially a bloodless takeover. The putsch was spearheaded by Major General Muhammad Siad Barre, who at the time commanded the army.

The Russians are broke (i mean just look at how the Russian guy is dressed), due to western sanctions due to actions in Ukraine and are in no financial shape to replace the 200 million + dollars that the western donors donate annually.

Turkey is also in financial trouble due to Lira inflation and general economic mismanagement.πŸ“‰

China is very cautious when it comes to financial investments in unstable areas, have you ever wondered why they invest in so many African nations but have avoided Somalia?

Instability. They don't want to invest in a country where a random boon can undue everything. :mugshotman:

After their billion dollar plus oil investments in Libya blew up they avoid trouble spots like the plague.....:gunsmiley::gunsmiley::cryinglaughsmiley:

Looks like the FGS will face financial issues for the next two years....πŸ”₯πŸ’΅πŸ’΅πŸ’΅πŸ”₯
The Chinese avoided Somalia because all somali governements in the last 30 years were western puppets

There is ZERO evidence Siyaad murdered Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke, only rumors. You can accuse Siyaad of many bad things but killing the former president isn't one of those things.
Abdirashid (AUN) was killed because of personal motives

LOL

It is in your interest to bury this story. But any sentient being knows that Siad Barre's coup was not an accident but a plot that was planned well in advance.

Wrong thread, didn't want to start something. Abdirashid Shamarke AUN. 1969 isn't the same as 2021 nor is the cases similar.

Blame Siad Barre for everything else, but Siad Barre AUN didn't order anyone to assassin Abdirashid AUN him, nor was he in power the time of the killing. The killer was killed straight away by the court of law. So to insinuate that Siad Barre AUN had a play in his killing is a blatant lie. But the fact is clear, a fellow tribesman killed him for reasons I/We don't know.

The coup was planned ahead, yes, and executed 9 days later. But this was a coincidence at another persons misfortune. Why wasn't the coup done the day he was killed?

Wasn't relevant in 1969 but yet so powerful to outfox everyone and somehow order to assassinate a sitting President then execute a coup, then have history to play it off as a Internal Issue :farmajoyaab:

It was a tribal issue, he was assassinated in Las Anod. Barre just took advantage of the situation.

AUN Abdirashid Cali Sharmarke. Imagine if he was never killed, how the country could potentially have been.
He was extremely corrupt , 1960-69 Somalia was extremely unstable and thus Siad had a way to take over the country.

Somalia needed alot of work done and had little support.

Abdirashid wasn't the problem, the real issue was the corrupt parliament. Siad always respected those who were part of SYL especially the former presidents

He per say, wasn't. Somalia has never had a period of no corruption. From day 1, there was some people that treated self need more then the need of the people. Those around him was corrupt. Same with Aden Adde AUN.

There were reports exposing corruption in Somalia, it's not suprising that Somalia failed. We were no different from any other African state ripe for a military dictatorship.

Somalia was most stable 1960-1969.

Somalia literally became a Cold War pawn after 1969 and on top of that siyad biggest mistake was that he chose to listen to his clan elders. I guarantee if Sharmarke never was killed the country would not be where it is today.
