@Pwyneth Galtrow just before Marehan established Amaanreir Saltanate we lived in Harar and Afar region Ethiopia, do you even deny this?

A long term resident in Hargaisa who has been living there 20 years, he pays tax and adds to the economy, but he cannot become a citizen and he cannot vote because of the clan he is born from, his clan is Hawiyo, but an Ethiopian from Wajaale who does not pay tax, is automatically considered citizen and can vote because his clan is Isaaq.

@Pwyneth Galtrow the Amaanreir royalty at the time of Harrabu and Nur Ibn z Mujahid was ruling Harar Afar region and Puntland. Why would Gabriel Ferrand, record such incorrect statement. ITS pranounced Amaanreir ask any Marehan. But back in the days it used to be reir Amare when we were in Harar.,

@Pwyneth Galtrow
Tradition testifies Emir Nur Mujahid was from Somali-Darod tribe of Marehan"

You can read the journal piece here;

https://www.jstor.org/stable/43581078

The German got the complete name of Emir Nur down saying he is;

Nur Ali Abdullahi of ad-Dhuha Suha/Marehan

Marehan have his abtirsi down as

Nur Ali Abdullahi Nur Yusuf Mataan Ciis Ahmed Mohamed Da'ud Abadir of reer Hodanbari/Mareexaan.

http://www.abtirsi.com/view.php?person= ... irsiLang=1

Notice his family surname is listed as ad-Dhuha Suha family in the German piece and in Marehan geneology he is part of reer Hodanbari

Dhuha = morning
Suha: beautiful/amazing

Hodan: wealthy/amazing (dhulkaan waa hodan)
Bari ; daybreak/early morning (nabad ku bari)

The family name is basically "waking up to a beautiful, vibrant morning" or "morning light"

There's other sources independent of this that are from the 1970s that state he is Marehan. Marehan inherited the Adal Sultanate after the Imam's death. Emir Nur's descendants, the Ina Nur guarded his tomb in Harar to this day

Well they can't be allowed to vote if they are outside SL but that any ethnic Somali that belongs to a sub clan, sub sub clan etc. that is native of Somaliland such as Dhulos, Warsans, every sub clan of Isaaq or Gadabutsi is more or less able to become automatically a SL citizen therefore if they are inside the country they can be a citizen and then register to vote
This sounds pretty qabilist in my opinion. If Somaliland is based on borders then an isaaq from ethiopia who never set foot in SL and migrates later on to somaliland should be treated as any foreign national and follow the same path to citizenship.

@Mujahid Nur Marehan we did once live in Sanaag that is a historical fact our Awoowe Sade is buried in Haylaan Sanaag. We moved on later though out west and south. We are Darood whether certain people hate us or not. Thanks to Warsangeli for safeguarding our ancestors.

As most somali clans we MX lived in the north centuries ago. Sources say MX lived even in modern day PL

That's actually a good idea but there isn't the political will to ban them plus imagine the backlash from the shacab

so somaliland is a tribal fiefdom like the maamul goboleeds.

No we are a country that's not just multi clan (albeit one clan as the majority) but in fact Oromos now are a significant minority in SL. Expect Oromos to demand SL citizenship

Fact: all the three political parties are headed by one clan
