the water exploration cost should be less than 20 mill, fgs got scammed for that 50 mill estimate that they paid off in oil blocks instead of cash when those oil blocks could potentially be worth far more than that quote, if were still talking exploration especially in the AI age it would be far cheaper to do it ourselves both on land(through AI) and water

this is an interconnected world, I personally have friends here in Seattle in AI, do you really think that knowledge isn't transferrable or something? if I'm in charge best believe were using AI to save costs and provide the most results when it comes to oil, this is also why I mention land because AI will easily weed out our onshore oil, it already has in the US oil landscape, no need for help from primitive turkey when American intellectual skills are readily available here for free
