It’s a state and not a town. Only the cities Minneapolis and St.Paul have ghettos that were inhabited by mathows from the two of the worst cities in America, (Chicago and Detroit) it has nothing to do with Somalis tbh. Crime was it’s peak before Somalis came to the US.
